STRENGTH50 is a 50-minute rhythmic strength workout. With just dumbbells, bands, and your mat, it builds muscular endurance through controlled movement and time under tension—no bikes, no cardio.
Cycle50 and Cycle60 are high-intensity, rhythm-based indoor cycling classes offered in 50- and 60-minute formats. Riders move dynamically in and out of the saddle through climbs, sprints, and choreography-driven intervals. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications provided throughout every class.
Sculpt40 is a low-impact, full-body mat workout suitable for all fitness levels. Experience a rhythmic flow combining high reps and slow movements using light dumbbells, bands, and ankle weights, leaving you feeling strong and restored.
CycleXStrength50 varies by day, alternating muscle groups to maximize results. This class is half cycle and half strength. It is rhythm-based and suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications provided.
