Our Story

Our love for rhythmic movement runs deep, and for years we dreamed of a space where Nashville could experience all of it under one roof. Every beat, every style, every class type, all in one home. That dream became Crew Training Club: a female-owned and operated studio built on self-care, empowerment, and the unshakeable idea that fitness is for every body.

You didn’t stumble in here by accident. You found your Crew.

Crew Training Club is more than a fitness studio. It’s a community built from the ground up on one simple belief: everyone belongs here. Whether you’re coming for the first time or you’ve been moving your whole life, you’ll find your place with us, surrounded by disciplined coaches who push you and a welcoming crew who cheers you on.

Community is the reason we exist. We show up for each other. We sweat together, struggle together, and celebrate every win together. When one of us gets stronger, we all do.

No matter where you’re starting from, there’s a spot for you here. Come move. Come belong. Come find your Crew.

The Studio

We are located in the Five Points area of East Nashville, one the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Inside our studio, you’ll find a full lineup of cycle, strength, and sculpt sessions designed to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Whether you’re clipping in for your first ride, picking up weights for the first time, or looking to tone and lengthen with a sculpt class, we have something for every goal and every body. Our coaches bring energy, expertise, and genuine encouragement to every single session, so you’ll never feel like just another face in the room. You’ll feel like part of the Crew.
