Abby

Abby Flittner is a Nashville native and has been an entrepreneur for 14 years founding Nashville Guru in 2010 and Charleston Guru in 2019. She is a fitness enthusiast falling in love with cycle classes in 2017 after being a yogi for nearly a decade. When the opportunity presented itself to invest in and help create a new fitness brand in Nashville, she jumped at the chance to be involved.

Crew Training Club came into Abby’s life at the right time with the right people with the very clear mission of inclusion and community. With a love for all things marketing, branding, and innovation, Abby has enjoyed creating Crew alongside Dylan and Shawna.
